Dimanche Parisienne

Arrived at Paris last Friday. Unlike Sydney who gave me a big warm welcome, Paris say-hi to me coldly. While still hot in Pekin, Paris already have embraced her autumn. Generally, though cold in early morning and after the sunset, the day is comparatively milder than it in Pekin.

Sunny isn't the tag of Paris; for me, the sun is the signal of Rome or Barcelona. But I like this kind of sunshine in Paris: warm yet mild, shining yet tender. I went on a mini sight-seeing last Sunday (or Dimanche in French) with friends, bathing the sweet sunshine.

La Seine, the landmark of Paris, is the first stop for every visitor in Paris. With a strong smell of water, it carries cruises and stories for hundreds of years.

I've never met such a gorgeous bridge before I met the bridge of Alexander III. Breathtaking and eye-catching, sculptures on Alexander III see through the people who went over them for years. The romantic bridge leads to Louvre, one of the most amazing museums in the world; it also offers the very place for lovers who can feel as if the time is curdled...

Parisiens like bicycles (velo in French) and offers public veloes for renting. It is a fantastic way to breath the fresh air in Paris on a silver velo.

I love the baroque street lamps!

La Place de Concorde. Another landmark of Paris: you can see the Eiffel and the Triumphal Arch here.

As a cultral and historical city, Paris do not only have places to visit, it also owns lots of schools to study! I love my school, Sciences Po Paris. Though it's not big and only have several buildings, it has the most brilliant students and faculties in the world.

My favourite rouge, YSL Rouge Volupté. Back in China, I won't dare to wear red red lips like this; ut this colour fits Paris and I could not help to put the rouge on. I do not know the reasons; Parisienne ladies all love red lips. It is so beautiful especially you wear colours like black, white or grey and with dark hear colour (black hair is the best, lol). Try it! Try it! I mean it!
